PART-TIME CAMPUS SAFETY OFFICERS
Anderson University has immediate openings for part-time, first, second, and third shift Campus Safety Officers. Individuals will serve as backup officers and provide security services during University events. Responsibilities include making periodic rounds, both on foot and vehicle patrol and security checks of buildings and grounds; enforcing parking rules and regulations on campus; responding to emergency situations; maintaining detailed, confidential log entries and necessary reports; and providing directions, information, and assistance to students, staff, and the general public.
High school diploma or GED required. Some security experience preferred. Valid SC Drivers License with good driving record required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident but approachable manner required. Applicants for this position will be subject to a full background investigation and must be SLED certifiable.
