Salem History- From the Salem Press, online access to Salem reference books that the Thrift Library owns. Includes Decades in America (80s), Great Events from History (Ancient World, Middle Ages, Renaissance, and 17th Century), and Milestone Documents in American History. Includes primary sources.
Salem Literature- A comprehensive online database that includes the complete online content of printed reference sets. It offers both classic and curent literary criticism on the world's most studied literature. The current feature of the literature collection is a volume from the Critical Insights series, Things Fall Apart.
Salem Science- Another database from Salem containing the complete content of printed reference sets. Currently available through Salem Science are Encyclopedia of Global Resources, Encyclopedia of Global Warming, Forensic Science, and Solar System.
Springer-Verlag Collection- This collection of 20,000 eBooks on all topics is especially strong in Business and Science. These eBooks are accessible both through the Library Catalog and through the publisher's webpage- www.springerlink.com. (Note: The publishers's site may require a password from on campus. If so, contact the library.) The publisher's web page also contains additional content including articles available for purchase or through Interlibrary Loan. Available content is indicated by a small green square located in the upper left corner of the citation.
