Anderson University Thrift Library
The Thrift Library at Anderson University opened in January 2007. At 45,000 square feet, it is three times the size of the old library and includes a 110-seat seminar room, 40-seat computer lab, curriculum lab, cafe, art gallery, and a state of the art electronic classroom. The library has been designed with ten group study rooms and includes 1 twelve-seat seminar room. The library strives to provide students with exemplary resources and currently holds 152,000 volumes of books in various formats. The virtual library, which is available 24/7 from anywhere in the world, includes 61,000 full text ebooks and access to over 120 databases.
Gift Book Program
In honor of Homecoming 2011, please consider making a lasting impression on the Thrift Library by donating $50 for a book to be purchased for the library and placed In Honor or In Memory of your student, friend, alumni, or loved one. Gifts are acknowledged with a donor plaque placed in front of the book. You may stop by the library today or mail the money and Gift Book Program Form to the Thrift Library.
