High School Students, Parents Invited to Explore AU Programs Nov. 2 at First Glance

High school students and their parents are invited to learn about Anderson University’s academic and student life programs Nov. 2, at First Glance, an afternoon of tours and information at AU.

The free program runs from 12:40 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. at 316 Boulevard in Anderson. And besides valuable information about the university’s programs, attendees will receive a free AU t-shirt.

At First Glance, prospective students and parents can tour campus and learn about AU’s 36 majors, 38 concentrations, and 25 minors, and applying for admission and financial aid. Anderson professors also will meet with prospective students to discuss the students' interests and explain the path to different majors.

The event, which draws an average of 30 families, gives prospective students an intimate look at Anderson University. In addition to the scheduled program, prospective students can request to stay overnight in a residence hall, sit in on a class, and meet with a coach to learn about AU’s intercollegiate teams.

To register for a future visit event, visit or call Anderson University at (864) 231-5780 or (800) 542-3594.
