Boulevard
Boulevard is the newest living area, located directly across the street from the front lawn and main campus. The original Boulevard building opened in Fall 2007 and two additional buildings were added in Fall 2010. Boulevard is a fun and close-knit community with a good mix of freshman and upperclassmen.

Amenities: Cable TV, wireless internet, land-line phone access on each floor
Furniture: Loft able bed, extra long twin mattress, wardrobe, dresser, desk, chair
Bathroom: Community-style bath on each floor
Common Area: Large lounge with 2 flat screen TV’s, variety of seating, and ping pong table
Kitchen: Full kitchen in lounge available for use by all building residents
Laundry: Coin operated laundry facilities off of lounge on first floor
Occupancy: Double rooms, 44-56 females per building
RSVP Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (7-11 PM)
Room Dimensions: 11’ x 16’
Staff: 1 live-in professional Resident Director located in Building D
1 student Resident Advisor per floor
