North and South Rouse

North and South Rouse residence halls are located across the street from the President’s House and the Rainey Fine Arts Center. These two residence halls contain between 50 and 60 students each and are traditionally upperclassmen halls with a few first year students. Rouse is a great community of men & women where you can find a ping pong game or movie playing just about any night of the week.

Specifics:

Amenities: Cable TV, wireless Internet service, and phone jacks

Furniture: Bed, extra long twin mattress, closet, dresser, desk, chair

Bathroom: Suite style bath shared between two rooms

Common Area: Center lobby connecting both buildings, soda machines, ping pong table

Laundry: Coin operated laundry facility located on ground floor of each building

Occupancy: Double Rooms; 56-60 residents per building

RSVP Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (7-11PM)

Room Dimensions: 13’ x 16’

Staff: 1 live-in professional Resident Director located in Lawton Hall apartment

         1 student Resident Advisor per floor
