a. We want to create an environment where students can understand what it means to be a “holy priesthood” and learn how to live a life that is pleasing to God.

a. Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
Monitor building and furniture and report damages

a. Go out of our way to make our living areas feel like home to residents
- Spend significant time in residence halls getting to know students
- Develop RA staffs that care about each other and are passionate about developing community

c. Be prepared to assist students in the event of an emergency
