School of Interior Design
The mission of the School of Interior Design is to create an environment for aspiring designers to engage rigorously in student centered learning by providing a strong professional foundation in interior design within the context of a liberal arts education in a Christian community. Additionally, the curriculum seeks to foster the development of the technical processes, conceptual and perceptual skills, create problem solving, project management skills, self discipline, environmental responsibility and professional ethics essential for graduates to practice interior design within a global perspective in a world market.
Course of Study
Requirements for a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design degree include completion of 15 General Education courses, 20 core courses, and 5 art foundation courses. Courses offered include the following:
