Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing(ABSN) Preview
Anderson's 15-month-long, Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) trains adults 21 years or older who meet our 59 credits of eligible, college courses—or bachelor's degrees in fields other than nursing—to become registered nurses (RNs). It will prepare you to work in pediatric, surgical, adult, geriatric, and other fields of nursing. It also makes you eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN), which you must pass to become an RN.
At the Preview, which runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the School of Nursing, you will receive an overview of our Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program as well as tours of our human dissection lab, simulation lab, and skills lab.
