Welcome to Anderson University!
Base Camp is an overnight program designed to get you ready for the upcoming school year. We chose Base Camp as our theme for summer orientation because we see your college experience as a journey similar to climbing a mountain. Before you start, you need to get acclimated and ready yourself for the task ahead. Our time together will be a mix of information and fun that we’re sure will get you prepared to begin your college experience in the fall.
All first-time freshman students and transfer students with less than 13 credit hours are required to attend one of the Base Camp sessions.
If you were unable to attend any of the summer sessions please register for the August 16th Orientation date ASAP. If you have any questions about this session, please contact us via email or phone (864) 231-2107).
Our August Orientation session will take place on Friday, August 16th. This session is designed to accommodate transfer students as well as traditional freshmen who were unable to attend a summer Base Camp session. Please be sure to register for this session ASAP so we can be prepared for your arrival!

Base Camp is recommended but not required for transfer students with more than 13 credit hours. If you are a transfer student with more than 13 credit hours and would like to attend a Base Camp session, simply sign up for the date that works best for you. Transfer students who choose not to attend a Base Camp session are required to attend the Transfer Orientation session on Friday, August 16.
Orientation Fee & Payment
All new students are required to pay a $100 orientation fee and this will be automatically added to your student bill. If you wish to pay for it in advance via credit card you may do so at this link.
