The voice is a most versatile instrument capable of making beautiful sounds! However, the voice cannot be placed in a protective case as a trumpet or a violin. As the voice is within the body, whatever affects the body affects the voice. In this workshop, you will learn about how the voice functions within the body and how you can find your best voice through daily vocal hygiene, improving your body alignment, managing stress, and what to look for and listen for in your singing to avoid injury and sing with more freedom.
