Commuter Student Association (CSA)
The Commuter Student Association is an intentional support network that seeks to build community among commuter students, support positive leadership development, and bring students together to serve their peers and the local community.CSA plans campus activities and represents commuter needs within the Student Government Association (SGA) to create a positive commuter experience. Clubs and Organizations
Many commuter students join an AU-chartered club or organization, particularly the academic and pre-professional organizations that are dedicated to success in the classroom, internships, and career exploration. With over 40 student groups on campus, there are countless ways for you to get involved. Whether you want to take a leadership position, volunteer for a cause, build your faith, or just have fun, there is something for everyone!

Anderson University has an extensive and competitive intramural sports program. A large portion of the student body participates, including commuter students Check out the Intramural and Campus Recreation website for more information and registration.
The Office of Campus Ministries is committed to helping all students connect their faith with every other area of learning. Their activities are designed to give students opportunities to grow, serve, and build community.
There are several kinds of activities that allow commuter students to get involved:
- Campus ministries such as Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM), Reformed University Fellowship (RUF), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ). For more information on these ministries, visit AUnited.
- Mission opportunities on four levels—local, state, domestic, and international
- Local churches that partner with us to involve students in opportunities to worship, grow, serve, and lead
- Weekly Campus Worship services hosted in Henderson Auditorium
