Resident Advisor – Resident Advisor – The Resident Advisor (RA) position at Anderson University offers students a leadership opportunity to serve as the catalyst for vibrant, Christ-centered community within the residence halls. Event planning, community building, conflict resolution, and general supervision are key aspects of the position as well as areas of personal development for the RA. Senior Resident Advisor -Senior Resident Advisor -The Senior RA (SRA) role is designed for returning RAs who are seeking additional leadership development, responsibility, and awareness in student affairs as well as committed to fostering community growth through purposeful programming and intentional mentoring. This position plays a major role in serving as a liaison between Residence Directors (RDs) and RAs and is charged with maintaining a morale as well as understanding of the trends and concerns of their staff. SRAs are responsible for certain administrative and developmental tasks beyond the RA role and are expected to meet expectations with a spirit of integrity and discipline. Campus Activities Team – The Campus Activities Team is a group of students who plan and promote Student Activities events.
