Dr. Frank S. Page
Dr. Frank S. Page has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee since October 1, 2010. He was president of the Southern Baptist Convention from 2006 to 2008. In his current role, he oversees the convention work of more than 46,000) churches and over 16 million members.
Prior to moving to Nashville, Dr. Page served as Vice President for the Evangelization Group at the North American Mission Board in Nashville. He has been interim pastor at First Baptist Church in North Augusta, South Carolina, First Baptist Church of Jackson in Mississippi, First Baptist Church in Simpsonville, South Carolina, First Baptist Church in Brandon, Florida, and Prince Avenue Baptist Church in Athens, Georgia. Dr. Page loves churches and loves to help churches regain a God-sized vision.
Dr. Page was born in North Carolina and educated at Gardner Webb University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He is recipient of the Bachelor of Science degree with honors as well as the Master of Divinity and PhD degrees. He is an author and has traveled extensively and spoken on every continent.
Dr. Page is married to the former Dayle Gibson of Huntersville, North Carolina. They have three beautiful daughters and are also blessed to have four grandsons and one granddaughter.
