This session is the first of a four-part series Beyond Compliance: Innovative Workplace Strategies for the Future. This particular session will address the legal/HR issues and solutions to deal with the ever more complex workplace, including a workplace with multiple generations, ever increasing numbers of women and minorities, increased marijuana use and much more.
