Things to keep in mind:
Ample lead time is essential. Given the volume of needs, our creative services staff must have sufficient time to meet with our University clients and discuss projects internally prior to recording and editing, along with any post-production work necessary to produce professional quality product and meet your expectations. Lead time must be especially conservative if the project involves promoting an event. To that end, we may have to amend the scope of the project—or deny it altogether—if requests are not made in a timely manner.
We request an initial meeting to better understand the scope and size of our projects, a step essential to capturing our University clients’ vision while providing superior customer service. Note that projects will not be undertaken until after the initial consultation.
