Commitment to nursing, nursing students, clients with mental illness, and to Jesus Christ's example and presence in my life opened the door to my joining AU's faculty.

Kayaking, gardening, reading, walking, playing with dogs

St. Mary of the Angels parish support activities. Medical and sister parish missions to Haiti and Honduras. Literacy volunteers, Richmond, Virginia.

What do you find most enjoyable about working at Anderson University?

the commitment, hard work, and open caring for both students and clients in my team of colleagues

What I wish prospectives students knew about my discipline or careers in my discipline.

The hard work is worth it, and the hard work never stops. Nursing is not a career for someone who isn't prepared, in heart and soul, for that hard work.
