C. F. Reames Award

Good teachers are critical to a strong school system and Anderson University requires the recipient of the C. F.Reames Distinguished Teacher Award be a teacher who constantly demonstrates the conceptual framework ("Educators who are builders of knowledge, values, and community") of the College of Education in Excellence, Integrity, Respect and Innovation.

This Year’s recipient is Teresa Upton, a first grade teacher at Tamassee-Salem Elementary in Oconee County. She has been teaching 13 years, with 10 years in first grade.
